Where to Buy

I was VERY surprised by this product. Tofu has come far since I first tried it in '93. I decided to fry it in hoisin sauce with broccoli and yellow and red peppers. It was delicious over brown rice. I digested it well without Lactaid or Beano and it had a good mouth texture. When going meatless, I will definitely look at Wildwood in the future!

I find it to be average tofu. I’m not sure I would buy it. Maybe I just haven’t found the best way to use it. I do like the claims to be organic.

Cooked up nicely in a stir fry. Texture remained firm and had a clean decent taste. I recommend draining thoroughly before using the tofu...

This was hard to find in my local stores. When I bought it I had high hopes for it tasting fresh. As this isn't a commonly stocked item, the package I got was nearing its expiration. I tried to slice it up to marinade it in Korean BBQ sauce to grill. It fell apart in the pan. Not a great alternative to our local brands.

I liked this product and was very good in taste.Stir-fried the tofu and my daughter loved the taste.Would definitely recommend the product to friends.
