Really nice to apply doesn't spell horrible like some of the other kinds I have used. Worked on sore muscles. I gave some to my husband to use after working all day and he liked it.
The first thing I noticed when I opened this balm is the strong scent of lemongrass. I love this - especially because it's all natural - but if you don't like lemongrass keep this in mind. The product glides on easily, which makes for easy application and keeps your hands from getting all greasy. I have sensitive skin and felt a slight tingle after application but no pain, redness, or rash. I have a stiff neck and applied the product there..... it felt refreshing but did not immediately ease the soreness. I'll have to try applying it daily to see if it has any therapeutic effect (aside from being nice to smell and likely a good moisturizer!)
very nice scent (smell like lemongrass to me), very clean ingredient list. Very easy to apply and not messy at all. After a few minites, you will start to feel a cooling sensation which helps to soothe sore muscles and pain. I like it.
Nature's Aid muscle balm was super easy to use and it wasn't messy. It was nice to use on my shoulders after painting when my shoulders were tender. The scent is pretty good and I enjoyed that it wasn't sticky. I liked the ingredients list too.
This is a great natural muscle balm. It helped take away the neck pain I was having. I love knowing it's natural and I feel good about using it.
