I enjoyed using this after training for my half marathon, sprints give me sore quads and this was fast and easy to rub on. Easy to toss in a gym bag as well.
I loved my experience with Nature's Aid - I was concerned at first as I'm used to more commercialized muscle aids and I didn't know how this would fair against the mainstream options. I was pleasantly surprised. The smell was great - a nice light and refreshing experience compared to the stronger more chemically infused options. The product worked and provided the care and aid I needed for my sore muscles.
USED THIS AFTER WORK IT WAZ AMAZING I USED ON MY LOWER BACK AND IT WORKED GREAT............i will defiantly buy this again..................
This balm smells fantastic and goes on really nicely, not overly greasy, soaks in well. It was sort of effective in helping with muscle aches but I think it's more the smell and the massaging that works more than it having some magical powers
I received the Nature's Aid muscle balm for free from social nature for my honest review. I liked the light smell, found it easy to use and was releaving.
