Millet & Chia Loaf: Water, gluten free flour blend (modified tapioca starch, potato starch, whole brown rice flour, whole sorghum flour, corn starch), sunflower oil, dextrose, psyllium, cane sugar, yeast, pea fibre, modified cellulose, salt, rice bran, whole millet, whole chia seeds, cultured cane sugar, vinegar, cellulose gum.

Seeds & Grains Loaf: Water, gluten free flour blend (modified tapioca starch, potato starch, whole brown rice flour, whole sorghum flour, corn starch), seed and grain mix (sunflower seeds, whole millet, brown rice, flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds), sunflower oil, dextrose, psyllium, cane sugar, yeast, pea fibre, modified cellulose, salt, rice bran, cultured cane sugar, vinegar, cellulose gum.

I loved Northern Bakehouse Gluten Free Bread . It was so comforting to know there is something out there for the dieters and organicers. The great thing is tastes really yummy even tho its without some of the ingredients that we are used to that are bad for us. I have already purchased it on my own and have recommended to all my friends. I really wished I had known about this product sooner. Try it, you'll love it!

The bread had a really nice flavor, and I really liked the seeds in it. I also really liked the texture. It was spongy, not too dry or dense like some gluten-free breads. Unfortunately, the selling price is too high for me.

It was awesome for sandwiches but got dry when I made toast. It tastes just like bread and has the same texture and feel. I have recommended it to 3 people so far.

I thought it was ok. Not my first choice for sure but definitely not my last. I thought it was a little dry for my liking. I love the packaging tho.
