Baked Avocado and Egg Rolls
I had so much fun with this product. Before I purchased Nasoya Egg Roll Wraps the idea of making anything other than egg rolls wasn't on my mind. Instead, with the help of Pinterest, I was able to find a nearly endless list of recipes to make. The wraps hold up to frying, boiling, steaming and pan searing. From appetizers to entree to dessert. The texture is firm without being stiff, does not go soggy when steamed. When frying you can expect a crispy layer wrapped around the moist stuffing.
These are awesome because they are convenient and easy! Seriously the hard work is already done and thank god there’s simple quick recipes on the back. The ONLY thing I DO NOT like is that this brand does not use all natural ingredients because their dough is enriched.
Easy to use. I tried them baked and also tried them fried. Both ways came out perfect and were very simple to make. I love that they are a good source of iron and they have a good flavor.
They fried up well and had a great taste and texture. The baking option wasn't as good. I used them to make traditional egg rolls in addition to using an apple filling and making dessert.
These were great to use as replacement for fillo and easier to handle,less dense than regular dough. I'm searching out more inventive ways to use these already.
